Spamkiss rejects her email. Susan receives an error message, which tells her what she can do now. She knows that John has not received her message.

Susan adds the Token to Johns email address and sends out her email again. This message reaches John and her email address is automatically added to Johns Kisslist.

From now on, she can be sure that every message she writes will actually reach John and will not accidentally be rejected or put into the Spam Filter. She will never need a Token again.
